GASC Scholarship Recommendation Submission

Use this form to submit a confidential letter of recommendation directly to the Gregg-Adams Spouses’ Club.

The letter should:

• Describe character traits you have personally observed in the applicant

• Include an example of the applicant demonstrating exceptional character, achievement, leadership, service, or perseverance

• Explain how the applicant’s strengths may contribute to their future success

• Be limited to approximately one page

• Not use the applicant’s name in the body of the letter

• Include your name and title or position at the end

Letters from relatives or personal friends are not accepted. The recommendation must be submitted by the published scholarship deadline.
